The 21-year-old son of Dennis Hopper has been accused of raping a 15-year-old girl. A lawsuit obtained by TMZ says actor Henry Hopper plied the underage girl with drugs and alcohol at his home in Venice, CA on multiple occasions. The girl’s mother is suing for an unspecified damages.
The suit claims that the teen girl, identified as Jane Doe, began her communication with Henry, star of Gus Van Zant’s 2001 film Restless, on Facebook. The suit says Hopper promised the teen drugs and alcohol at his home. The suit says that after the girl accepted the invitation, Hopper would get her intoxicated and engage “in sexually offensive conduct with her” which included “sexual intercourse, forced oral copulation and sodomy.”
The suit alleges that the young actor “preyed upon a young impressionable child, suggesting that he cared for her, luring her into his home with promises of alcohol and illegal drugs, and then repeatedly taking advantage of her youth and vulnerability.”
